If you’re unsure where to start, The Midlife Reclaim is a journey that has supported women to feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

My clients often tell me that, through my work, they develop greater self-compassion, feel more patient with themselves, and begin checking in with their own needs rather than pushing through. Many establish regular practices of mindfulness, reflection, journaling, and meditation, and feel more able to manage stress and regulate their nervous system in everyday life.

Some of my clients tell me that others begin to notice the change in them. They appear more confident and grounded. They make decisions with greater clarity, and become more intentional about where they place their energy and attention. Many speak of a deeper connection with themselves, and some experience more fulfilling and honest relationships with their adult children and loved ones.

We work together one-to-one online (via Zoom) so you can live anywhere. There are three ways to work together, depending on what you need.

Women stuck in a pattern they can’t seem to break, whether being easily irritable, extensive people-pleasing, or shutting out those close to you.

To calm the nervous system, build self-awareness, and respond with clarity, instead of reacting on autopilot. This is especially excellent for people who struggle with boundaries, people-pleasing, burnout, or difficult family dynamics.
