I created this program to show you how to self-regulate effectively and sustainably so that you feel more in control of your life.

If you:

  • Can't seem to switch off — jumping from one thing to another, not able to sit still without grabbing your phone, laptop, finding the next thing to book, shop, fix, do.

  • Feel the urge to manage everything and everyone around you (you may call yourself a control freak) — kids, husband, parents, all the tiny details of events, days, weekends, holidays — and can't stop constantly giving your opinions, and seeing an increasingly tense environment at home.

  • Feel the Sunday scaries: nauseous thinking about having to go to work, walk into the office, see all your colleagues, open your computer, your calendar, and sift through another week in that environment.

  • Find yourself -at times- sitting in your car, numb, just because, staring at the steering wheel and crying, before walking back into the building or home.

  • Have these fleeting thoughts or feelings that you could be doing something else, more fulfilling — but you quickly shove them down deep because "don't be ridiculous, this is your life, you are too old, and such a big change is not possible."

  • Ruminate all night about what you told your manager when they asked you to take on extra work to help with the team's workload and meet business objectives — and you regret it for days after, asking yourself: "why did I say yes when I am already drowning?

  • "Snap at the people you love (your level of tolerance is narrowing…!), and then you feel awful afterwards

  • Say “yes” in the moment, then feel resentment and self-criticism later “why do I keep saying yes!”

  • Keep promising yourself you will respond differently next time, but in the moment you fall into the same loop

This work together with me will help you:

  • Understand what is really driving your reactivity, not just blame yourself for it

  • Have a calm, grounded way to respond in that situation instead of feeling hijacked by emotion

  • Learn practical and effective methods to apply in your real-life situation, not just theory

  • Walk away with a simple plan that feels realistic, and aligned with who you want to be

This is a program to help you shift from being on edge and self-doubting to feel more like yourself again. Sessions are via Zoom.

From Reactive to Calm & Responsive

Program Details

  • Over four weeks together, we will:

    • Clarify the pattern that is most draining for you right now

    • Explore what is really happening beneath the surface (thoughts, beliefs, nervous system responses, old stories)

    • Practise simple, accessible mindfulness and nervous system tools you can use in the middle of real life

    • Create a realistic plan so you can keep building on these changes after our sessions end.

  • Delivered over:

    • Two x 60-minute Zoom sessions, 3 weeks apart
      In session one we unpack what is happening, what you want instead, and where the pattern comes from.
      In session two we refine the tools, review what’s shifted, refine and adjust your plan so it’s perfectly tailored to you.

    • WhatsApp or email support between sessions
      For questions, “this just came up” moments, and support as you practise new responses. I respond Tuesday–Friday during business hours, typically within 24 hours.

    • Clear, tailored tools to break free from a repeated pattern
      so you can calm your nervous system, build self-awareness, and respond with clarity instead of reacting on autopilot. Especially powerful for navigating boundaries, people-pleasing, burnout, or tricky family dynamics.

    • Credit towards The Midlife Reclaim
      If you decide you would like deeper support, part of your investment can be credited towards The Midlife Reclaim or the six-month Intensive (must be used within 6 months of our work finishing).

    • You feel stuck repeating the same pattern over and over and it is affecting your mental and emotional wellbeing

    • You want something focused and time-bound, not a full 12-week or 6-month commitment just yet

    • You want tools you can actually use in the moment, not more information to store in your head

    • You would like to experience what it’s like to work together before committing to a longer journey

What happens after you apply:

Once you submit your application, I’ll personally review it to tailor the practices to your needs. I will email you within two business days with the next steps and a link to either book our first session or a short clarity call. You will also receive an intake form and an agreement so that you know exactly what to expect.

If it looks like your needs or timing are better suited to something else, I’ll let you know and, where possible, suggest other options that may support you.
