Workplace Wellbeing
Helping teams stay calm, clear and effective under pressure.
Practical, science-informed mindfulness workshops and ongoing sessions that give your people tools to manage stress, regain focus and respond more thoughtfully during demanding days.
Why workplace wellbeing matters
Competing priorities, customer expectations and constant interruptions can leave people feeling stretched. That pressure can show up in how we concentrate, make decisions and interact with colleagues -and how easily we switch off afterwards.
Supporting wellbeing means paying attention to both working conditions and the people navigating them. My sessions give employees practical skills to recognise stress and respond with greater awareness, alongside your organisation’s broader approach to a healthy workplace.
How I can help
Calm Under Pressure
A practical 60-minute workshop to help your team understand stress and experience tools they can use straight away.
Designed for busy teams, including those working with customers, managing competing demands or navigating change.
The workshop combines an accessible explanation of the stress response with guided mindfulness and meditation practice. Participants have time to experience the tools and consider how to apply them during their working day.
Together, we explore how to:
Recognise the signs of stress in the body and mind.
Use a grounded reset when pressure builds.
Notice mental noise and bring attention back to what matters.
Create a pause before responding to a demanding situation.
Format: A 60-minute facilitated workshop at your workplace. We’ll discuss your team, group size, timing and space before agreeing on the session.
No previous meditation experience is needed.
Meet Carolina
I’m Carolina Gonzalez, a Workplace Wellbeing Facilitator and certified mindfulness and meditation teacher based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
After 23 years in corporate marketing, I understand the demands of deadlines, responsibility and continually showing up for others. I bring that experience into sessions that help people understand themselves and find more useful ways to respond under pressure.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Mindfulness & Meditation and received the 2025 Julie Bond-Rowe Award.
What matters most to me is that people leave with something they understand, have experienced and can use in everyday life.
What People Are Saying

“I participated in Carolina's workshop on mindfulness, and it was a great opportunity to learn useful tools that I can apply in my day to day life, both at work and personally. I learned that even a few simple steps can make a big difference in how I react to certain situations and how I relate to myself. It was also great to have the chance to do a guided meditation during the workshop, as that’s something I’ve always struggled to do on my own.”
