Hi there, I’m Carolina.
I’m an Advanced Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher and Guide dedicated to guiding women who have given their all and are ready for more, to let go of guilt, reclaim their energy, and life in midlife.

“We have had the pleasure of Carolina leading a group of Retirement Living residents in meditation every Thursday for the past 6 weeks.
We had never done anything like this before so I had no idea how it would go. We actually had to make room for more people than we expected and they came back every week.
